1. Acceptance of terms

By using Ingatik you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Ingatik offers auto-renewing subscriptions billed through the App Store or Google Play: Pro ($4/month or $32/year) and Max ($6/month or $48/year). Prices may vary by region and are shown in the store's purchase dialog before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by those platforms' policies; you can cancel anytime from your store account settings and keep your plan until the end of the paid period.

3. Your content

Voice notes, summaries, and checklists you create belong to you. You give us the limited rights needed to store and process them so the app can work (for example, turning a recording into a summary).

4. Acceptable use

Keep leaderboard names and room names respectful. Don't attempt to falsify study hours, abuse the AI processing, disrupt the service, or use another Whizz's account. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Disclaimers & liability

Ingatik is provided "as is". AI-generated summaries and checklists can contain mistakes. Always double-check anything that matters for an exam. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
